At Inspired Growth Community Support Group, we provide supportive, community-based services designed to help children, adolescents, and families build stability, strengthen coping skills, and grow with confidence.

Inspired Growth Community Support Group offers home and community-based behavioral health services that meet youth and families where they are. Our goal is to support emotional wellness, improve daily functioning, strengthen family relationships, and help children succeed at home, in school, and in the community.

Community Living & Supports (CLS)

Helping youth build daily living, coping, and independence skills

Community Living and Supports helps children and adolescents strengthen the practical skills they need to function more successfully in everyday life. Services are provided in real-life settings and focus on helping youth improve routines, behavior, communication, and overall independence.

CLS may support:

• Daily routines and structure

• Communication and social skills

• Coping skills and emotional regulation

• Community participation

• Adaptive functioning and independence

Best for:
Youth who need extra support with daily functioning at home or in the community.

Community Support Team (CST)

Intensive support for youth with significant emotional or behavioral needs

Community Support Team is a more intensive service for youth and families experiencing serious emotional, behavioral, or family-related challenges. CST helps stabilize behaviors, reduce crisis situations, improve family functioning, and connect families to the support they need to remain successful in the home and community.

CST may help with:

• Behavioral concerns at home or school

• Emotional dysregulation

• Aggression or defiance

• Family conflict

• Crisis prevention and stabilization

• Connection to community resources

Best for:
Youth and families who need a higher level of support to prevent disruption in the home, school, or community.

Respite Services

Short-term relief and support for caregivers

Respite services provide temporary relief for caregivers while ensuring youth continue to receive safe, structured, and supportive care. This service can help reduce family stress, prevent burnout, and maintain consistency for children who benefit from supervision and structured support.

Respite may include:
